Founded in 2011 in Vadodara, Panache Greentech Solutions manufactures nanotechnology-driven green building materials for energy-efficient, climate-resilient buildings. We are India's only company offering the complete building envelope — Cooling, Insulation, Waterproofing and Pervious Pavers — under one certified brand.
Our systems are certified by GreenPro, GRIHA, LEED and DCL (UAE) and aligned with CRRC USA. Founder Neetu Jain sits on the IGBC National Board, is a CRRC Approved Educator, and helped shape India's first state Cool Roof Policy — the credibility every associate stands on.

How do I become a certified cool roof applicator in India? +
Apply through this page as a Cool Roof Applicator. After a short evaluation, you complete Panache's hands-on and app-based training, pass a brief assessment, and receive your certification, ID and starter kit. You're then listed in our applicator directory and start receiving jobs — typically within three weeks of applying.
What is the investment to become a Panache channel partner? +
Channel Partnership requires a meaningful commitment — an investment in the region of ₹5 Lakh, plus stocking and display space and your own sales and application teams. In return you get full branding, the complete CRM, all training, and hand-holding on your first projects. Exact terms are shared during evaluation. Applicator and Lead Associate tiers have far lower entry commitments.
What's the difference between a Business Associate and a Channel Partner? +
A Business Associate generates leads, sells and coordinates collection using their existing network — but doesn't execute the application. A Channel Partner does everything a Business Associate does and also executes the application work with their own teams, which is why it requires more infrastructure and carries higher margins.
I'm an architect or consultant — how do I work with Panache? +
Join as an Associate Consultant. You specify Panache's certified cool-roof, insulation and waterproofing systems into your projects, and we support you with technical specifications, BOQs and IGBC/LEED credit guidance. You don't sell or execute — you influence the specification and earn a consultancy commission on what gets specified. Ideal for architects, green-building consultants, energy auditors and sustainability professionals.
Do I get leads from Panache, or do I generate my own? +
Both — but honestly: the network grows, it isn't fed. Panache shares leads where we have them in your territory, but every successful associate generates their own leads too. We make that easier with ready ROI tools, thermal-demo kits, BOQs and co-branded marketing.
Can I get regional or state-level rights? +
Yes — through the Regional Partner route. This isn't a standard online application: you send a request and our leadership reaches out within 48 hours to discuss your business profile, region strategy and mutual targets, then builds a bespoke agreement. It suits established businesses with multi-city presence and financial strength.
Is Panache a paint company or something more? +
Panache Greentech is a cool and climate-resilient building-envelope company — the only Indian brand offering Cooling, Insulation, Waterproofing and Pervious Pavers as one certified system. It's a founding member of the CRRC Wall Program, is certified by GreenPro, GRIHA, LEED and DCL, and its founder sits on the IGBC National Board.
